Reel Properties Competing to win $10,000 on Ideablob.com
What Reel Properties offers to Real Estate professionals and buyers/renters alike is a transparent business. It's a perfect marketplace for real estate, offering all the web 2.0 tools (and more) that are lacking in the real estate industry. It offers endless tools for buyers and sellers, lessors and renters, to meet, from scheduling tools, mobile communication and VIDEOS, Reel Properties hasn't missed a thing.
It's currently scheduled for a Jan 1 2008 launch, and is sure to make many people go "Finally!" While many will just dub it a Youtube for Real Estate, the exhaustive feature set will wow anyone who really uses. There is a "buy now" button--or what we call, "Take it," for every property which checks a person's credit and other finanical details to see if they match what the realtor or seller/lessor is looking for in a buyer/renter. It let's people embed flash players (with multiple videos in it) on people's myspace and facebook pages (and really any site). We even have a Facebook application almost complete that will let Realtors target facebook users and send them properties (in video form), which automatically go into their video player on their page for their friends to rate. And of course all this can be done on RP--with tools for agents to find leads, and tools for those looking for pads to be the first to find a hot spot--but with complete integration into sites like Myspace and Facebook, the numbers needed to make RP a marketplace success are in order.
Anyway, sorry for the somewhat on high corporate speak, but I would like to let everyone know that one of the most distiguishing things about Reel Properties is that we are (well juse me, I guess) are a solely owned indepedent company. We can move quicker than any company with myriad investors involved, and deliver what the people want. There is no red-tape with in Reel Properties, and its (well my) parent company, Transparent Marketing & Development. We promise to transparently do business with everyone and take a way the corporate face that is infamous in the 20th century for separating consumers and producers. Reel Propeties is a business by the people for the people. And, when we get so many emails that we can't respond to everyone, just yell at me and let me know that I've strayed from my goal. 21st century marketing and development is more about what the customer wants than ever. And that's the way it should be...So do this for me...imagine a big corporate building, with tiers and tiers of people and offices, and the person you want to reach is on the top floor. Now imagine a store a front with a big glass pane. Just tap the pane, and I'll be right out to welcome you in.
